Our Philosophy. What We Believe In

I am deeply convinced that a dance event is not just a set of workshops, competitions, and parties. It is a place where connections, friendships, love, business ideas, and creative projects are born.

I believe that a culture of beautiful, comfortable, and mindful recreation can change lives for the better. And that we are creating a cultural legacy—the foundation upon which future generations of dancers will build.
Our Mission. The Purpose Behind Everything We Do

Shine is a non-commercial but landmark project. Our mission can be expressed in four simple points. We are here to:

1. Unite and Inspire. We create a space where both a beginner and a top artist feel part of one big community, get energized, and find new incentives for growth.
2. Grow the Industry. We work to ensure our culture is respected and recognized worldwide. We raise the bar and bring it to a new level.
3. Strengthen Brands. We are a powerful springboard for artists. We help top names shine even brighter, and new talents make themselves heard loudly, becoming opinion leaders.
4. Promote a Culture of Beautiful Leisure. We demonstrate that the best leisure is not just about dancing. The best leisure is based on personal development and building human connections, with dancing as the accompanying ritual.
Our Supergoals. What We Do to Achieve Them

Behind the beautiful words are concrete actions and sacrifices. Personally, I invest around 1,000 hours of preparation, all my business expertise, and my entire team because I believe in our common cause.

And as long as I have the strength and this crazy love for what I do, Shine will:
  • Bring together thousands of people from all over Russia and the world in one venue.
  • Bring in world stars and discover new names that will become the legends of tomorrow.
  • Create unique content (livestreams, photos, videos) that will enhance the prestige of the entire industry.
  • Become the benchmark for quality and hospitality that others will aspire to.
It is critically important for me that our expectations of each other are 100% aligned.

You are not "hired promoters" for me, but co-authors of the festival.

If you feel this is "your" event and you are ready to be its face — to actively promote it, energize the audience, bring your students, and share with us the responsibility for the overall atmosphere — we will create an amazing event that will be talked about worldwide.

Participating in Shine brings you one of the following results, and sometimes all of them at once:
  • Break into a new, "hot" audience that doesn't know you yet but is definitely yours.
  • Strengthen your status as an active teacher in the eyes of the entire community.
  • Learn from the teaching experience of your colleagues.
  • Receive invitations to other festivals as a special guest or artist.
  • Conduct individual lessons during the festival with your fan audience from different cities and countries.
  • Be part of a large and significant project.
How will we achieve this?

Offline. You will have the opportunity to showcase yourself live to ~1000 guests at parties and competitions, and attend workshops by other teachers.

Online. The behind-the-scenes content of festival preparation always gets a lot of views on your and our social media. You will receive a special avatar with the "special guest" status. You will get ready-made, high-quality content for your social media, namely videos from parties and competitions, which will continue to work for you long after the festival.

And the most valuable part — networking. You will be in the same line-up as international stars and the best local artists. You will be able to attend workshops by any other teacher. And, of course, there are the informal gatherings and conversations with the organizers — that very environment where new collaborations are born.

And of course, we will take care of you. A VIP area where you can relax (the main feature and hub of the parties).
My expectations are simple and transparent:

  • Understanding the philosophy, missions, and supergoals of the project.
  • Proactivity in all aspects. All promotion on your channels no later than December 21. Careful review of the event rules.
  • Calmness and confidence. No anxiety over any issues.
  • Complete confidentiality. We agree that all our interactions and agreements are not accessible to third parties.
  • To arrive fully rested, healthy, and 'hungry' to dance (refrain from wild parties for a week before the festival).
  • Bringing students and followers (minimum 5 people for an individual or 8 for a pair).
  • Also, a very important point. To avoid conflicts of interest and dilution of audience attention, we agree that from December 19, 2025, to January 9, 2026, we will not promote other events that conflict with Shine ("local" festivals, weekends, competitions, and parties in Moscow) on our channels. Nor will we allow the use of your image in promotional posts for such events. After January 9, you can do so even every day.
  • Gratitude. For my contribution to your development, promotion, inspiration, and rest, as well as my contribution to the legacy of the bachata community. Mentally, in words, and in deeds.
And of course, choose your support scheme below.
The Basic Package (for ticket purchase + promotion) includes:

  • Pass (purchased independently on the website)
  • Co-authorship with Shine (before, during, and after the festival)
  • Special conditions for students and followers

  • VIP area in the foyer for all three evenings (January 3rd, 4th, and 5th)
  • January 6th - special afterparty
The Basic Package (for attracting 5+ people) includes:

  • Full Pass (access to workshops and parties)
  • Co-authorship with Shine (before, during, and after the festival)
  • Special conditions for students and followers

  • VIP area in the foyer for all three evenings (January 3rd, 4th, and 5th)
  • January 6th - special afterparty
The Basic Package (for attracting 8+ people) includes:

  • Full Pass (access to workshops and parties)
  • Co-authorship with Shine (before, during, and after the festival)
  • Special conditions for students and followers

  • VIP area in the foyer for all three evenings (January 3rd, 4th, and 5th)
  • January 6th - special afterparty
The Basic Package (for attracting students and followers) includes:

  • Pass or a discount on it (optional)
  • Mentions of the club in the "Event Partners" section on the website and social media
  • Special conditions for students and followers

  • VIP area in the foyer for all three evenings (January 3rd, 4th, and 5th)
  • January 6th - special afterparty

To receive the "Basic Package," we agree that you will attract 5+ people using your promo code 🙌

Then, on December 28th, we will check:
1️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st and attracted 5 people who bought 3-day tickets, you receive a Full Pass to the parties and workshops.

2️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st and attracted 6 people who bought any tickets (including single-day tickets), you receive a Full Pass to the parties and workshops.

3️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st (this is mandatory!) — we are ready to give you a -20% discount from the original price at any time.

4️⃣ If you did not complete all the promotion by December 21st, you simply pay for the ticket on the website or at the entrance.
This way, even if something doesn't go according to plan, our interests remain protected. For me, this is a matter of fair partnership.
For you to receive the "Basic Package" for two, we agree that you will attract 8+ people using your promo code 🙌

Then, on December 28th, we will check:

1️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st and attracted 8 people who bought 3-day tickets, you receive a Full Pass for two to the parties and workshops.

2️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st and attracted 10 people who bought any tickets (including single-day tickets), you receive a Full Pass for two to the parties and workshops.

3️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st (this is mandatory!) and attracted 5 people, you receive a Full Pass for one to the parties and workshops, and we will give the second person a -20% discount from the original price.

4️⃣ If you completed all the promotion by December 21st (this is mandatory!) — we are ready to give you a -20% discount from the original price right away.

5️⃣ If you did not complete all the promotion by December 21st, you simply pay for the ticket on the website or at the entrance.
This way, even if something doesn't go according to plan, our interests remain protected. This is a matter of fair partnership.
How each instructor at your school can get the "Basic Package"

1️⃣ If you are confident there will be enough payments from students:
  1. Anyone who completed all promotion by December 21st is given the opportunity to purchase a Special Guest pass at the initial price with an additional 20% discount.
  2. The total sales pool under your school's shared promo code.
  3. For the total number of paying individuals, you receive a Full Pass based on the calculation of 1 pass for every 5 people across all payments.
  4. If someone did not complete all promotion by December 21st, they simply pay for the ticket on the website or at the entrance.

We finalize the tally on December 28th by 23:59.
2️⃣ If you are not confident there will be enough payments from students:
  1. Anyone who completed all promotion by December 21st is given the opportunity to purchase a Special Guest pass at the initial price with an additional 20% discount (for example: Party Pass - 4,720 rubles, Full Pass - 7,920 rubles, Profi Pass - 9,200 rubles).
  2. The total sales pool under your school's shared promo code.
  3. From the total revenue of purchased tickets, you receive 20% in rubles.
  4. All "earned" rubles go towards covering the cost of passes for your school's instructors.
  5. If the "earned" rubles are insufficient, you cover the difference with your own funds.
We finalize the tally on December 28th by 23:59.
